The Structure Editor uses a number of keyboard short-cuts to accelerate access to certain menu options. These are summarised below :-
Ctrl + C | Copies the currently selected item |
Ctrl + F | Displays the find dialog |
Ctrl + G | Starts code generation |
Ctrl + N | Creates a new structure file |
Ctrl + O | Opens an existing structure file |
Ctrl + P | Prints the current structure |
Ctrl + S | Saves the current structure file |
Ctrl + V | Pastes the last cut/copied item |
Ctrl + W | Launches the page-break wizard |
Ctrl + X | Cuts the currently selected item |
Ctrl + Z | Undoes the last edit operation |
F1 | Launches these help pages |
Delete | Deletes the selected node |
Shift + Del | Deletes the selected subtree |
Cursor Up | Moves the node selection up the tree |
Cursor Down | Moves the node selection down the tree |
Cursor Left | Moves the node selection across to the left |
Cursor Right | Moves the node selection across to the right |
