Jackson Workbench : Structure Editor

Introduction

The Structure Editor is a tool for editing the structure diagrams used in the Jackson Structured Programming (JSP) and Jackson System Development (JSD) methods. It displays the structure graphically using colour-coded boxes to represent the nodes in the tree, and allowing intuitive editing operations for manipulating the structure.

The facilities provided by the Structure Editor can be divided into five main categories:

Because it can be used to edit files produced by a number of earlier tools that provided similar facilities (e.g. PDF and JSP-TOOL), the Structure Editor can be used as a replacement for those tools. The Structure Editor is a product in its own right, however it is also available integrated into the Keywood Workbench IDE.
